Every month I think get excited for the newest releases coming to the theatre, to my TV screen, or my Kindle! There aren’t many in July that I’m really looking forward to, but there is still reason to be excited! Let’s get into it!

I have never been a big fan of Superman, but I am hyped for this movie!

Eddington, 2025 – In Theatres July 18
Another A24 release! I’ve seen some hit and miss reviews for this, but I am personally excited. I do love Austin Butler a lot so…

The Fantastic Four: First Steps, 2025 – In Theatres, July 25
The more I see the teasers and trailers, the less excited I am about this. Nonetheless, I will be sat for it. And nonetheless, I will watch Pedro Pascal on a screen multiple times in July.

📺 TV Shows to Watch in July 2025

Sandman: Season 2 – Streaming on Netflix
I haven’t watched Season 1, but… I am reading the comics for Sandman right now so I am excited about starting it!

Tenderly, I Am Devoured by Lyndall Clipstone – Releases July 01
Gothic romantasy? Sign me up! I’m still in a bit of a slump when it comes to romance, but I want to dive deeper into fantasy!

Soulmatch by Rebecca Danzenbaker – Releases July 01
A dystopian, sci-fi is my weakness.

After We Burned by Marieke Nijkamp – Releases July 01
Are we surprised that a thriller made it onto this list? The description is giving ‘Before We Were Innocent’ vibes!

All for the Game by Heather Buchta – Releases July 01
I know how important football is to the general public in the south, same thing for high school. This book is so far up my alley!

I haven’t read a good horror book in a long time and this one sounds interesting!

I have been on a mystery thriller kick throughout May and June, leaving me wanting more!

Well that’s it for me. Not much going on this July, honestly, but that’s okay because I will be out of town for like… 5 days so we won’t have time to consume all of the media!
